Honoring the Iraqi Cultural Attaché in New Delhi
In an achievement that reflects Iraq’s distinguished presence in international forums, the Bharat Gaurav Ratna Shri Samman Council honored the Iraqi Cultural Attaché in New Delhi by awarding it the Council’s shield during an official ceremony held at the Ashok Hotel in the Indian capital, New Delhi, on March 31, 2026, in the presence of a distinguished group of official and academic figures from various countries around the world.
The event also witnessed the recognition of a number of distinguished individuals in the fields of education, health, science, arts, social work, and public service, in appreciation of their outstanding contributions to society and the promotion of development paths.
This recognition comes in appreciation of the prominent role played by the Attaché in enhancing Iraq’s academic and cultural presence in India.
