Iraqi Cultural Attaché Explores Cooperation in Biotechnology
The Iraqi Cultural Attaché in New Delhi held discussions with India’s Department of Biotechnology (DBT) on opportunities to strengthen scientific and academic cooperation in the field of biotechnology and explore avenues for collaboration between scientific and research institutions in Iraq and India.
The discussions followed communication with the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB) regarding opportunities for academic cooperation and training programmes.
In this context, the Cultural Attaché explored potential avenues and mechanisms for cooperation that could help strengthen communication between Iraqi and Indian academic and research institutions and facilitate the exchange of expertise and available capabilities in the field of biotechnology.
The initiative forms part of the Iraqi Cultural Attaché’s efforts to expand scientific and academic cooperation between Iraq and India and promote partnerships and the exchange of expertise in biotechnology and scientific research.
